Welcome to the sighing tides podcast. I’m going to give you two words to think about today: energy and focus.
Energy
is not what you spend, but what you send and what you absorb. You draw energy from inward searching, growth, validation and acceptance. Energy is built over time.
Focus- focus is centering yourself on what you value and your core essence. You can focus by being present in the moment and aware of the sensations around you- the smells, the sounds, your feelings. This is focus
